In Bound Gymnastics will strive to create a positive and enriching learning environment for boys and girls of all ages. Our classes are designed for every child to be successful. Our classes promote self-confidence, coordination, and increase your child’s strength and flexibility while having fun. |

Class Descriptions
Shooting Stars I: A class for adult and child age 18 months to 3 years. Child will learn beginning gymnastics skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels and gymnastics positions. Boys and girls will develop strength and flexibility with mom or dad at their side. 45-minute class
Shooting Stars II: A class for children ages 3 – 4, who will learn beginning gymnastics skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands and gymnastics positions. Boys and girls will develop social and motor skills in a fun and safe environment. 45-minute class
Shooting Stars III: A class for boys and girls ages 4 ½ to 5, who will continue to master beginning gymnastics skills and positions with more emphasis on correct technique. Children are given more opportunities to be independent and successful on their own.
45-minute class 
Beginners: A class for girls ages 6 and up, who show an interest in gymnastics and want to learn the basics of the sport. All gymnasts participate in our star program for achievement. Gymnasts and parents will be able to chart their progress on their star chart. 60-minute class
Intermediate: A class for girls ages 6 and up who have completed the beginner level and have been promoted by their teacher. Gymnasts will continue to participate in our star program for achievement. 60-minute class
Advanced: A class for girls ages 6 and up that have completed the beginner and intermediate levels and have been promoted by their teacher. Gymnasts will continue the star program, as well as begin a more structured conditioning and flexibility program.
90-minute class
Boys Beginners: A class for boys ages 6 and up who show an interest in gymnastics and want to learn the basics of the sport. All gymnasts participate in our star program for achievement. Gymnasts and their parents will be able to chart their progress on their star chart. 60-minute class
Tumbling: A class for boys and girls ages 6 and up, who want to learn the basics of tumbling, with an emphasis on back handsprings. This class is 
perfect for cheerleaders and martial arts students. This class will be divided into two separate age groups: 6 –10 year olds and 11 and up when needed. 60-minute class
Womens Competitive Team: This group is by invitation only and consists of girls of all ages who have acquired a set skill level. Currently the gym competes at Levels 2 & 3 in the AAU and Levels 4 and up with USAG.
